Jesus Christ....

So this is a sequential assignment in one of my classes where we choose one of three excerpts from Craigs List, I chose the one titled, "You dropped your bible and I saw your thong." We were to recreate the scene described in the first illustration and the second is 10 to 25 years in the future.

I depict the guy who saw the thong as Jesus, who is just in awe of this woman behind he has to take a picture. Jesus finds himself inside the bar where he stood outside 10 years ago, and as coincidence he see the lady beside him, now at first he doesn't recognize her, but when she turned her back to him, he realized who it was. He pulls out his phone to confirm and uses this to break the ice. Well, it doesn't turn out to great, as shes not impressed...by Jesus.

Cadillac Storyboards

This is a storyboard I did for class. It's for Cadillac Escalade. This is the layout, we see two cars racing around a mountain in some kind of competition, then we fade out to see it's actually two children playing with cars in a sandbox bragging about their cars. Back in to the imagination, we start to see a rumble in the distance as a silhouetted SUV comes up from behind. Back in reality, the children dont know what to make of the noise so they continue to play, until they realize what's coming for them. It's played out in the imagination that the SUV coming from behind has caused them to bail and jump off a cliff. Then back in reality we see the kids have had to dodge out of the way for a Cadillac Escalade who's parked right on their sandbox. Zooming into the tire which has crushed both their toy cars, with a slogan "Cadillac...We Crush the Competition".

Charlie Chaplin Excerpt assignment part 1 and 2

Here's the completed pencils for the Charlie Chaplin speech assignment I've been doing. I've also included the second piece to this assignment as well, we had to make two and so I went with a collage approach..not very good at them really.
